President John Mahama was at the Hajj Village near the Kotoka International Airport yesterday to bid Ghanaian pilgrims for this year’s Hajj farewell.
Present at the Hajj Village to support the Pilgrims Office, Ghana, to host the president was a delegation of the Council of Muslim Chiefs.
When DAILY GUIDE visited the location yesterday, prospective pilgrims were seen milling around, some of them waiting to be called through a hailer so they can pick their travel documents which had been returned from the Saudi Embassy where they had been taken for entry visas.
